Your privacy is our primary concern. We will ship all packages in a plain brown envelop or cardboard box without any distinguishing marks which reveal the contents within the package. Return shipping addresses are marked either as a generic "Square Plus" or a generic name from one of the agents that assisted you with your purchase. On customs forms, we mark packages using a generic description as well (for example, DVD as opposed to "Adult DVD").
SquarePlus will use discreet packaging to send out your order using a standard cardboard box or envelope. Below are examples of how your package will look like.
All of our packages are shipped via EMS which is the fastest shipping method available. The high quality handling of the EMS shipping method includes insurance as well as tracking so you know when and where your package will arrive. We can ship to all PO boxes. APO addresses may require an alternative shipping method, typically airmail, depending on the country we are shipping to. We will make every effort to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

Once the package has been shipped we will contact you via email with a tracking number and URL so that you may trace the status of your package.
